Tao Yoga

Exercise and work on yourself  they are the foundation of the quality of our lives. Strong body and  mind  they make it easier and better for us to move through our lives.

Although we cannot influence all life changes and situations, body strength and  the mind depends on whether we will be in balance, peace and strength or not. 
Only by investing in ourselves and exercising can we develop our immunity of body and mind.

 

Tao Yoga through simple movements  stimulates  body and mind, and  starts  natural  detoxification  body and mind .  

 

By releasing toxins,  we begin to recognize the path of growth and movement toward our goal .  

Your state of body and mind are the quality of your life.

​​ Areas of activity of TaoYoga:

  • Physical action - stronger,  stretches and aligns  all the muscles of the body, stimulates the brain and nervous system, balances the secretion of hormones, increases the amount of oxygen in the body,  increases the body's resistance

  • Psychological action - increases concentration and memory, and the ability to learn. Reduces stress  and uncertainty. Encourages  a state of joy and relaxation.

  • Meditative action  -  Getting to know yourself and the natural laws of man,  relationships with other people and relationships with nature

 

TAO YOGA LEVEL I PROGRAM:

- detoxification of the body (joints, tendons, muscles, connective tissue, organs)

- techniques of renewal and strengthening of vital energy,

- breathing techniques to release the 7 main centers in the body

- meditation technique
